Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Earrings, teas, and salves cannot be returned.

If an oil or face toner arrives damaged in shipping, I’m happy to replace it! Just contact me within 7 days with photos of the damage. The replacement will be sent once the customer covers shipping and 25% of the item cost—I’ll cover the rest.
